Our client desired to develop an online platform where employees could obtain all corporate and industry news and express their opinions in order to make better and faster decisions, as well as file issues for minor departmental work; leave management system, grievance redress system, attendance system, and so on. Using this concept, the client approached Nascenture to create a management system that would make it simple to manage all manual tasks on an internet platform. We created a system that allows a business owner to complete all of their employee-related tasks while on the go.
For security reasons, the system required to give role-based user access for diverse jobs such as an HR manager, CEO, Operations Manager, CTO, and others. It also had to be linked with payroll functions to make the resource as useful as possible. We needed to equip the system with a document expiry tracker, notifications, and the ability to create organisational charts automatically.
